Great place to live. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Clean and kept in good shape by Parkbridge.Gone down hill fast.Power outages, no water for days, pot holes and no help or answers from rockhaven or parkbridge. They are not answering anybody.

Not a bad trailer park. You know the normal things. Burnt out car on the shoulder of the road. A few empty lots. The odd trailer on blocks with no stairs. Questions of is the water going to be frozen in the morning. You know normal life in a park stuff

Having gone through different reviews about this apartment, I strongly think the management of the building has improved tremendously. I've enjoyed my stay at this apartment and most complaints written about the staff and management are no longer in existence. The staff notifies you ahead of visit and conversation with the management staff is always friendly. Registering your device before connecting to the internet process I think should be changed by management even though registration request is treated in a timely manner.

I don’t recommend living here. They’ll send you eviction notices for paying your rent. I’m not joking. They increase the rent every year and do the bare minimum for the park. There’s better places to live.

Looks like they don't care for most of the trailers in the older part. Take down trees that block out eyesores without replacing them with anything. New part looks cramped.

Mackenzie King Village (MKV)West Entrance
It was an old building with exposed cinder blocks painted like a prison or something. The carpet is old and worn. The elevator is archaic but we only needed it for a couple of really heavy things. Since the pandemic there’s no common area lounges or playrooms. The gym was closed as well.
